Job summary

Abian Harmony Hotel in Denpasar, Bali, seeks a Receptionist DW on a contract basis to be the welcoming face of our front desk. You will manage arrivals, departures, and guest inquiries with warmth and professionalism, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires hotel reception experience, fluent English, Indonesian proficiency, and flexibility to work various shifts. Training provided in a beautiful beachside setting with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel reception or front desk roles.
• Strong English communication and Indonesian proficiency.
• Proficiency with hotel management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
• Professional appearance and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and departure professionally.
• Process check-ins/check-outs accurately and maintain guest records.
• Answer guest enquiries about rooms, local attractions, and hotel services.
• Handle phone calls and direct to appropriate departments.
• Process reservations, amendments, and cancellations in the hotel system.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to address guest requests.
• Handle guest complaints with empathy and escalate when needed.
• Maintain reception desk and lobby area cleanliness and organization.
• Process payments and manage cash register accurately.
• Provide information about hotel services, local tourism, and dining recommendations.
