Job summary

Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver professional, efficient service to guests from check-in to check-out. You will respond to inquiries, assist with room assignments, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in Front Office or guest service within a branded hotel; fresh graduates with hotel training are welcome.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Front Office/Guest Service experience.
• Fresh graduates with hospitality internship are welcome to apply.
• Experience in an international or branded hotel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Provide information regarding hotel facilities, services, room types, and local attractions.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Assist guests with room assignments, key cards, billing inquiries, and other front desk needs.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, Security, and other departments to ensure guest requests are handled promptly.
• Handle guest payments, deposits, refunds, and other financial transactions.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming Front Desk area and follow safety procedures.
