Mandarin Oriental Jakarta is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our Front Office team. You will assist guests during check-in/check-out, ensure accurate billing, and deliver courteous service to create a memorable stay.

Based at Mandarin Oriental Jakarta, the role requires a minimum of 2 years in hospitality and fluency in English plus Indonesian. Training and career development are provided within a luxury hotel environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Tourism Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Diploma in Hotel Management or Tourism (entry-level positions if combined with relevant experience).
• Minimum 2 years working experience in the hotel industry.
• Excellent English and Indonesian communication skills (written and verbal).

Mansioni

• Assist guests during check-in and check-out with accurate information, billing and smooth settlement process.
• Deliver courteous, prompt, and tactful service; handle guest complaints, requests, and inquiries professionally.
• Escort guests to their rooms when required and ensure preferences are delivered appropriately.
• Maintain a well-organized Front Desk counter with all necessary supplies for efficient operations.
