Job summary

Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver professional front desk services, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out and assisting guests with information and requests throughout their stay.

The role requires 1–2 years in Front Office or guest services, familiarity with PMS, and strong English communication. Fresh graduates with hotel training are welcome; experience in international or branded hotels is preferred. On-site position at Alam Sutera.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Front Office, Guest Service, or a similar role in hospitality.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or hotel training are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in an international or branded hotel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Provide information regarding hotel facilities, services, room types, and local attractions.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Assist guests with room assignments, key cards, billing inquiries, and other front desk needs.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, Security, and other departments to ensure guest requests are handled promptly.
