Job summary

Pullman Jakarta Indonesia, a 427-room luxury city hotel in Thamrin CBD, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests and deliver exceptional service with warm welcomes, efficient check-in/out, and prompt guest support.

You will handle reservations for walk-ins and pre-booked guests, answer inquiries, process billing, and coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge and other departments to ensure memorable stays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality diploma advantageous.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred; internships considered.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional, friendly manner.
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Manage guest reservations, walk-ins and pre-booked.
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Handle billing and payment transactions.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel products, services, and local attractions.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Uphold confidentiality of guest information and hotel policies.
• Follow hotel standard operating procedures and brand standards.
