Job summary

Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera, part of Accor, seeks a Sales Executive – Corporate Segment to drive corporate room revenue by acquiring new accounts and nurturing existing relationships. Based at Alam Sutera, the role collaborates with internal teams to deliver exceptional service in line with brand standards.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in hotel sales, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and a solid understanding of corporate travel and market segments.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably handling corporate accounts.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of corporate travel and hotel market segments.
• Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems.
• Fluency in English; another language is a plus.
