Warung Local Bali in Bali, Indonesia is seeking a guest relations specialist to welcome guests, assist with seating, and provide restaurant information, ensuring satisfaction during lunch and dinner services.

You will handle customer inquiries, reservations, and catering requests through official channels, drive sales via GrabFood and GoFood, and gather feedback for Google Reviews while helping to build strong guest relationships.

Formación

• Prior experience in guest relations or customer service.
• Strong English communication.

• Comfortable using WhatsApp and digital channels.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with GrabFood/GoFood and Google Reviews is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests, assist seating, provide restaurant information, and visit tables to ensure satisfaction during lunch and dinner rushes.
• Handle customer inquiries & reservations; manage catering requests and event inquiries.
• Drive sales via GrabFood and GoFood; monitor orders, promotions, and sales performance.
• Collect feedback from guests and encourage Google Reviews to boost reputation.
• Build positive relationships with guests and support customer retention and repeat business.
• Maintain records of inquiries, reservations, catering leads, feedback, and sales activities; provide updates to management.

Welcome and greet guests, assist with seating, provide restaurant information, and conduct table visits to ensure guest satisfaction, especially during busy lunch and dinner services.

Customer Inquiries & Reservations.

Manage customer inquiries through the restaurant’s official phone and WhatsApp, handle reservations, catering requests, and event inquiries, and follow up on potential bookings.

Drive sales through GrabFood and GoFood by monitoring orders, menu availability, promotions, and sales performance, while identifying opportunities to increase revenue.

Approach guests to collect feedback, address concerns professionally, and encourage satisfied guests to share their genuine dining experiences through Google Reviews.

Public Relations & Customer Engagement.

Build positive relationships with guests and potential clients, communicate restaurant promotions and services, and support customer retention and repeat business.

Reporting & Coordination

Maintain records of inquiries, reservations, catering leads, guest feedback, and sales activities, and provide regular performance updates to the Operations Manager / Assistant Operations Manager and Marketing Team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in guest relations, restaurant service, customer service, sales, or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication, sales and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Comfortable communicating with customers in person and through WhatsApp or other digital channels.
• Sales oriented, proactive, and confident in approaching guests.
• Strong customer focused mindset.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including lunch, dinner, weekends, and public holidays.
• Familiarity with GrabFood, GoFood, Google Reviews, and basic reporting is an advantage.
