Job summary

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in customer service, excellent English, and the ability to work weekends. A laptop and reliable internet are required.

Position : Customer Service (Executive)

Working Hours: 6 days work (alternate weekly: 8am-4pm / 2pm-10pm)

We are a fast growing Singapore based home services company looking for a dedicated and customer focused Executive Customer Service to join our team. If you have excellent English communication skills and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries via in house system in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and customer follow ups.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Follow company SOPs and ensure a consistently high standard of customer service.

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Experience, Call Centre, or a related role.
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Detail oriented, organised, and able to work independently.
• Able to multitask and perform well in a fast paced environment.
• Own a laptop or desktop with a reliable internet connection.
• Available to work on weekend

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting customers in Singapore or other international markets.
• Experience using CRM or customer support systems.
• Background in the service, home services, hospitality, or e-commerce industry is an advantage.
