Job summary

Listings Bali is seeking a guest services host for villas in Bali. You will welcome guests and ensure a smooth stay, acting as the primary contact for inquiries and concerns.

You will coordinate check-in/check-out with relevant teams, provide villa facilities and local attraction information, and resolve complaints professionally. Collaboration with Villa Managers, Housekeeping, and Maintenance is essential. Other duties may be assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.
• Act as the main point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Coordinate guest check-in and check-out processes with the relevant teams.
• Provide guests with information regarding villa facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Handle and resolve guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with Villa Managers, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments regarding guest needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
