Job summary

PwC Indonesia is seeking a friendly and service-driven Guest Relations Officer to be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. You will manage the reception area, registrations, inquiries, and direct attendees to appropriate meeting spaces, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

Your role emphasizes hospitality, client service, and effective coordination with internal stakeholders to uphold PwC Indonesia's standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Hospitality Management, Communications, Tourism, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of guest relations, hospitality, customer service, or front office experience.
• Proficiency in English required; Japanese or Mandarin is an advantage.
• Barista skills or hospitality service experience is preferred.
• Professional grooming, demeanor, and strong customer service mindset.
• Honest, disciplined, dependable, and professional at all times.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage visitor registration, arrivals, and direct to meeting rooms or locations.
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain reception areas and client-facing facilities to high standards.
• Support hospitality services, including meeting room readiness and refreshments.
• Build positive relationships with clients, visitors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with policies, security, and administrative procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor records and support front office operations.
