Job summary

CBI Credit Bureau Indonesia is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and grow existing accounts. You will identify opportunities, present solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and service experience.

The role invites fresh graduates and those with 1–2 years in sales or BD, especially in startup environments. English basics and teamwork mindset are valued in our fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years in Sales/BD preferred.
• Startup or fast-paced experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Basic English speaking and writing skills required.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition through prospecting, canvassing, cold outreach, networking, and other BD activities.
• Grow and retain existing accounts by building relationships and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Build relationships with clients, prospects, and stakeholders to establish long-term partnerships.
• Conduct product presentations and sales pitches to potential and existing customers.
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Understand client needs and recommend relevant products or solutions.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain records of interactions and activities.
• Coordinate with Product, Operations, and other teams for onboarding and service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
