Job summary

CBI Credit Bureau Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Product & Project Manager to lead SME Bureau 2.0, our onboarding platform for small businesses. This role blends strategic product thinking with hands-on project execution, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.

You will coordinate across product, data, engineering, QA and operations; manage timelines and milestones; ensure regulatory and data compliance; maintain clear project tracking; and support go-live

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4–7 years in product management or hybrid product/project roles.
• Hands-on experience managing B2B digital products (web).
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and sprint planning tools (e.g., JIRA, Notion, Asana, Meegle).
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, priorities, and delivery timelines.
• Strong analytical mindset and data fluency (e.g., funnel metrics, SQL basics).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of SME Bureau 2.0.
• Act as the main point of contact across functional teams: product, data, engineering, QA, and operations.
• Coordinate project planning, define timelines and milestones, and manage sprint cadences.
• Maintain clear project tracking using dashboards and ensure thorough documentation of product requirements.
• Proactively identify and flag risks, manage blockers, and ensure timely delivery across internal and external stakeholders.
• Support commercial and partnership teams in client readiness activities and go-live coordination.
• Ensure regulatory requirements and data compliance considerations are embedded throughout the delivery process.
