Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring is seeking a results-driven outbound sales professional to own the end-to-end sales cycle in a fast-growing, SaaS/HR environment. You will drive outreach, qualification, consultative demos, and closing, while coordinating handover to CX for a smooth transition. This role rewards resilience, accountability, and a track record of hitting targets.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in B2B outbound/hunter sales or business development
• Hands on ownership of outbound + full sales cycle (prospecting → close)
• Experience with buyer qualification frameworks (BANT or similar)
• Capable of delivering clear, effective, and persuasive pitch/presentation
• Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia
• High accountability and resilience under target pressure
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or partnership targets
• Experience in a SaaS or HR industry is a huge plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong critical/analytical skills
• Result oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Drive end to end sales cycle from outreach → qualification → consultative demo → closing → handover to CX.
• Execute outbound prospecting via calls, email, LinkedIn, events, and others.
• Run consultative selling, understand business pain points and position KantorKu HRIS as the most practical solution.
• Hit & own monthly revenue targets: stress is welcome,pressure fuels you.
