Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia (Matcha Talent) is seeking a Digital Growth Lead to drive our digital marketing and customer acquisition strategy from our Cikarang, West Java office. You will own performance marketing, SEO, CRO, and marketing automation to deliver measurable business results.

The role leads two specialists, collaborates with leadership and vendors, and requires a data-driven, startup-style growth mindset with hands-on leadership and a strong English communication ability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably B2B or e-commerce.
• Proven experience with paid acquisition on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong data-driven mindset and ability to turn data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel customer acquisition strategies to generate B2B leads and online orders.
• Build and optimize acquisition funnels from awareness to conversion and retention.
• Lead performance marketing activities with Meta and Google Ads, including A/B testing.
• Improve website and landing-page conversion rates through CRO and optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver campaigns on time.
