Job summary

Creatorz Group is seeking an experienced HR&GA Manager to establish robust people systems, develop high-performing teams, and run day-to-day HR and General Affairs operations across our expanding businesses. You will shape structures, policies, and processes in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will lead recruitment, performance management, and leadership development while ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, management, law or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in HR with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Strong experience in recruitment, performance management, HR operations, and General Affairs.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian manpower regulations and HR compliance.
• Experience building HR systems, KPI frameworks, and organizational structures.
• Able to manage multiple departments or business units simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business direction and growth.
• Build and continuously improve organizational structures, job descriptions, competency standards, and manpower planning.
• Manage employee performance systems including KPI setting, performance evaluation, promotion, development plans, and corrective actions.
• Identify organizational and people issues and recommend practical solutions to management.
• Support leadership development and succession planning across departments and business units.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for operational, specialist, managerial, and leadership positions.
• Ensure recruitment quality, speed, and manpower fulfillment according to business needs.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
• Improve onboarding, probation evaluation, employee development, and retention processes.
• Build a performance-driven culture that reflects the company's vision, mission, and values.
• Monitor employee productivity, discipline, engagement, and overall organizational health.
• Partner with department heads to address performance gaps and improve team effectiveness.
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally and objectively.
• Ensure payroll, attendance, employee contracts, benefits, BPJS, leave, and personnel administration are managed accurately.
• Ensure company HR policies and practices comply with applicable Indonesian manpower regulations.
• Develop, review, and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and company regulations.
• Maintain accurate and organized employee records and HR documentation.
• Oversee office facilities, company assets, procurement, vendors, maintenance, security, and general office operations.
• Manage GA budgets and ensure operational expenses remain efficient.
• Ensure offices and operational facilities are safe, functional, organized, and properly maintained.
• Coordinate administrative and operational requirements across business units and locations.
