Job summary

Pola Group is seeking an experienced HRGA Manager to lead and strengthen our Human Resources and General Affairs functions across the organization and its subsidiaries. This role focuses on strategic people initiatives, effective HR operations, and GA management.

Responsibilities include developing HR systems, leading talent acquisition, workforce planning, OD, compensation, analytics, and HRIS/HCIS development, all while ensuring Indonesian regulatory compliance and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Management.
• Minimum 10 years HR/HC experience.
• At least 5 years managing an HR/HC team.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or HR consulting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment laws, HR operations, and talent management.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience in OD, performance management, talent management, and workforce planning.
• Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and lean team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve HR/HC systems, policies, and processes aligned with business objectives and employment regulations.
• Lead Talent Acquisition and recruitment strategies across all levels, including channels, processes, candidate experience, and challenging roles.
• Drive workforce planning, performance management, talent management, and succession planning, particularly for leadership roles.
• Lead Organizational Development, Learning & Development, competency development, change management, and culture initiatives.
• Manage compensation, payroll, salary review, and HR policies across the organization and subsidiaries.
• Develop HR analytics, benchmarking, and reporting to support data-driven decisions on HC costs, turnover, and planning.
• Drive HR process improvement and HRIS/HCIS development to improve HR effectiveness.
• Partner with subsidiary HR teams to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and programs.
• Oversee General Affairs operations across branches throughout Indonesia, including administration and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliant HR and GA operations and continuous improvement in line with business needs.
