Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Mining Project Manager to oversee end-to-end mining project execution in greenfield environments. You will lead planning, infrastructure development, and production readiness while coordinating with contractors, engineering teams, and senior management.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mining Engineering, 8–10 years in mining operations with 3–5 years in management, and strong leadership, budgeting, and scheduling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering is required.
• POP or POM mining certification is mandatory.
• 8–10 years of mining ops experience with 3–5 years in managerial roles.
• Proven experience leading large-scale contractor-based mining operations.
• Experience with greenfield projects from land development to production readiness.
• Adequate English proficiency for technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of greenfield mining projects including road, jetty, pit opening and site infrastructure.
• Manage day-to-day mining operations, production scheduling, fleet utilization, and manpower coordination.
• Develop and optimize fleet matching strategies, equipment ratios, and operational budgeting.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineering teams, pit services, logistics providers and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, milestones, and progress, ensuring alignment with timelines.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, mining regulations and internal procedures.
• Prepare operational and financial reports on production, budgeting, progress and productivity.
• Support continuous improvement in operational efficiency, contractor management and optimization.
