Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an experienced Mining Project Manager to lead end-to-end mining project execution in Indonesia, with emphasis on greenfield development and site readiness for production.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong understanding of mining productivity, cost control, and cross-function collaboration with contractors, engineering, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering is required.
• Strong leadership and governance skills for site teams.
• Experience in large-scale contractor-based mining operations.
• Experience with greenfield mining projects from land development to production.
• Adequate English proficiency for technical coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of greenfield mining projects including hauling roads, jetty development, pit opening, and site infrastructure.
• Manage day-to-day mining operations including production scheduling, pit development, fleet utilization, and manpower coordination.
• Develop fleet matching strategies, equipment ratios, and operational budgeting to maximize productivity and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineering, pit services, logistics, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Monitor performance, milestones, and production progress ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
• Ensure all activities comply with HSE standards, regulations, and internal procedures.
• Prepare operational and financial reports on production performance and site productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and contractor management.
