Job summary

PT. NEW KUTA GOLF & OCEAN VIEW is seeking an Events Coordinator in Bali to plan and coordinate golf and corporate events.

You will manage schedules, coordinate with clients, vendors, and operations teams, and ensure flawless event execution both pre-event and on-site. Responsibilities include handling on-site issues, ensuring adherence to golf etiquette and tournament operations, and delivering VIP client service.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in event management, preferably corporate or B2B.
• Direct experience or familiarity with golf or sports management is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Indonesian.
• Deep understanding of golf etiquette, rules, and tournament operations.
• Strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving under pressure.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and client/VIP service-focused.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate golf events, tournaments, and corporate events.
• Manage event schedules, venue preparation, and event requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and operational teams.
• Ensure events run smoothly and according to schedule.
• Handle on-site issues and resolve problems during events.
