Job summary

Bali Luxury Resort in South Bali seeks a dynamic Head of Events to lead MICE, catering, and event operations across multiple ballrooms and facilities. You will drive revenue, strategize with F&B and operations, and elevate the resort’s standing with international planners and luxury clients.

The role requires a proven track record in luxury hospitality, strong leadership, and fluency in English. The Head of Events will guide client journeys from initial contact to flawless on-site execution,

Qualifications

5+ years of strategic leadership experience in MICE, Catering, or Event Management within luxury settings.
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or Business Administration.
Extensive knowledge of large-scale MICE operations, international conventions, high-end weddings, and complex banqueting logistics.
Proven ability to drive event revenue while collaborating with F&B and operations.

Responsibilities

Direct the strategic planning and financial performance of the MICE & Catering division, optimizing venue yield and revenue across ballrooms and event facilities.
Formulate and execute MICE and catering strategies to position Bali resort as a premier destination for conventions and luxury events.
Lead destination marketing to elevate global prestige among top-tier planners and buyers.
Apply commercial acumen to drive profitability through pricing, negotiations, and business development.
Oversee end-to-end event lifecycle from lead generation to flawless on-site execution.
