Job summary

Inertia Utama (Dexagroup) is seeking a Travel Management specialist to coordinate business travel for employees in Indonesia, covering tickets, visas, and accommodations. Based in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan, you will work with vendors to finalize travel plans, manage the taxi voucher dashboard, and support automation of Travel Management processes.

The role requires strong coordination, communication and organizational skills, with 2–3 years of relevant experience and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major.
• 2-3 years of experience in Tour & Travel, GA, Secretary, Travel Management, or related fields.
• Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with users/employees regarding business travel arrangements, including flight tickets, train tickets, bus tickets, car rentals, and accommodation.
• Liaise with travel and accommodation vendors to ensure all travel arrangements are properly coordinated and finalized.
• Handle employees business travel visa and travel insurance requirements.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for company projects and office events, such as meetings, workshops, and annual meetings.
• Manage the employee taxi voucher dashboard and related administrative requirements.
• Identify opportunities and support the development of automation systems to improve Travel Management processes.
• Develop, review, and implement policies and procedures related to Travel Management.
• Ensure travel-related processes are efficient, well-documented, and aligned with company policies.
