Job summary

Dexa Group is seeking a Travel Management Specialist to coordinate business travel for employees, including flights, trains, accommodations, and transportation, while ensuring alignment with company policies. You will liaise with travel vendors, handle visa and insurance requirements, manage the taxi voucher dashboard, and support projects and office events with well-organized travel plans.

Bachelor's degree required (S1) in any major.
2–3 years of experience in Tour & Travel, GA, or Travel Management.
Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Coordinate travel arrangements for business travelers (flight, train, taxi, accommodation).
Liaise with travel vendors to finalize arrangements.
Handle travel visa and travel insurance requirements.
Coordinate travel for projects and office events (meetings, workshops).
Manage employee taxi voucher dashboard and related admin tasks.
Identify opportunities to automate Travel Management processes.
Develop, review and implement policies and procedures for Travel Management.
Ensure travel processes are efficient and aligned with company policies.
