Job summary

Qualifications

• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in arranging domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, transportation).
• Coordinate travel itineraries based on employee needs and company policies.
• Ensure all bookings are accurate and well-documented.
• Conduct price comparisons across multiple travel platforms (airlines, hotels, agencies).
• Identify the most cost-effective and efficient travel options.
• Monitor price trends and suggest cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain records of travel expenses and pricing benchmarks.
• Prepare travel-related documents such as itineraries, booking confirmations, and reports.
• Update travel databases and maintain organized records.
• Support reimbursements and expense tracking when needed.
