Job summary

Ajaib Group is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition leader to oversee end-to-end recruitment across Tech, Product, and Non-Tech roles. You will partner with leaders to align workforce plans, build pipelines globally, and drive improvements in interview processes and hiring practices.

Lead and coach a high-performing TA team, focusing on delivering against targets while maintaining a superior candidate experience. This hybrid role offers global opportunities and dynamic growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
• Experience hiring across Tech, Product, and/or Non-Tech roles.
• Experience recruiting internationally or across multiple markets.
• Proven experience leading and coaching a Talent Acquisition team.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Data-driven, structured, and highly execution-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end recruitment processes across Tech, Product, and/or Non-Tech functions, from sourcing and screening through offer and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce plans, hiring priorities, role requirements, and talent profiles.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies for both local and international talent across multiple geographies.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Lead candidate engagement and closing strategies, including compensation discussions and offer management.
• Ensure a high-quality and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring managers to improve interview processes, interviewer calibration, and hiring decision-making.
• Use recruitment data and market insights to identify hiring trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive improvements to recruitment processes, tools, workflows, and hiring practices.
• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition, including setting goals, providing coaching, and supporting their professional growth.
• Establish team priorities, allocate hiring workloads, and ensure the team consistently delivers against recruitment targets and business needs.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives across global markets.
• Mentor and support recruiters within the team, sharing best practices and raising recruitment standards.
