Job summary

PT Ajaib Sekuritas Asia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to drive end-to-end hiring across global markets, spanning Technology, Product, and Non-Technology functions. You will partner with senior leaders, shape hiring strategies, and deliver high-quality talent across multiple geographies.

You will lead a team of recruiters, manage stakeholder expectations, and champion data-driven recruiting, process improvements, and an exceptional candidate experience in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment across Tech, Product, and Non-Tech.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to plan workforce.
• Develop sourcing strategies for local and international talent.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Lead engagement and offers, including compensation discussions.
• Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
• Improve interview processes and interviewing calibration.
• Use data and market insights to identify hiring trends and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end recruitment across Tech, Product, and Non-Tech functions.
• Partner with managers to understand workforce plans, priorities, and role requirements.
• Develop sourcing strategies for local and international talent across geographies.
• Build strong candidate pipelines for critical roles.
• Lead candidate engagement and closing strategies, including offers.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate to improve interview processes and decision making.
• Leverage recruitment data and market insights for improvements.
• Drive process, tools, workflows, and hiring practices enhancements.
• Mentor and develop Talent Acquisition team members.
