PT Ajaib Sekuritas Asia is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end recruitment across our global organization, spanning Technology, Product, and Non-Technology roles.

You will partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, build talent pipelines across markets, evaluate candidates, and guide offers to close strong hires while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Experience hiring across Technology, Product and/or Non-Tech roles.
• Experience with international or global recruitment is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, including passive candidates.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles and priorities independently.
• Strong candidate assessment, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Data-driven and comfortable with recruitment metrics and hiring pipelines.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive and fast-paced.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across Tech, Product, and Non-Tech functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, seniority and priorities.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies and build pipelines across global markets.
• Screen and assess candidates while maintaining high quality standards.
• Manage candidate engagement and provide a positive interview experience.
• Coordinate with interviewers to ensure a structured interview process.

• Maintain accurate recruitment data and healthy hiring pipelines.
