Job summary

Agoda is seeking a high-impact leader to scale our engineering hiring globally, leading TA Partners and partnering with Tech Leadership and HR Analytics to meet high-volume targets with quality. This role focuses on building pipelines, improving the recruitment funnel, and driving efficiency across the function.

The candidate will implement AI-powered tools, develop upskilling programs for recruiters, and coach a team to hire game-changers for Agoda in Bangkok and beyond.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruitment experience, with 2+ years in team management.
• Experience managing high-volume evergreen hiring programs (≥100 hires/year).
• Ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize outcomes.
• Leadership to rally recruiters toward ambitious targets.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution and ownership.
• Ability to work across multiple senior tech stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to hire to target and stay fully staffed by optimizing sourcing strategy and funnel.
• Own and manage a high-volume evergreen hiring engine delivering 100+ hires per year.
• Drive improvements to hire quality via data-driven experimentation.
• Ensure operational excellence across all stages of recruitment processes.
• Leverage data and reporting to partner with Tech Leadership and HR.
• Reduce cost per hire while maintaining quality standards.
• Develop recruiters and build talent pipelines for evolving needs.
• Act as hands-on leader in sourcing, screening, and data when needed.
• Explore and adopt AI-powered tools to boost productivity and experience.
• Lead projects transforming recruitment, including new assessment tools and upskilling programs.
