Job summary

Netcore, a leading AI/ML-powered marketing automation platform, is expanding its Sales Development team to service clients across diverse geographies, including Indonesia. We seek a hungry outbound SDR to generate interest, set qualified meetings, and build a strong pipeline.

You will execute high-volume cold outreach (60+ dials/day), research prospects, log all activity in CRM, and collaborate with marketing to optimize the funnel while pursuing long-term sales career growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of phone-based outbound B2B sales development experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Clear, compelling outreach across email and social media for prospects.
• Grit to handle rejection and persistence in outreach.
• Experience running email drip campaigns.
• Strong online research and social media prospecting skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Long-term career focus in Sales or Sales Development.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales process from lead to first contact and meetings.
