Job summary

Netcore is seeking a Sales Development Representative (Outbound) in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role focuses on generating interest, setting meetings, and building a robust pipeline across diverse geographies.

You will perform high-volume outreach, follow up on leads, and work with marketing to align goals. The position requires at least 2 years in outbound B2B sales, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in phone-based outbound B2B sales development/inside sales.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to craft personalized outreach across email and social platforms.
• Resilience to handle rejection and maintain high activity.
• Experience with email drip campaigns and social selling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire sales process from interest generation to first contact and setting qualified meetings.
• Build a strong pipeline by penetrating new accounts and creating Sales Qualified Opportunities.
• Analyze engagement blockers and improve customer engagement/retention.
• Follow up on leads with research to identify prospects and move opportunities through the funnel.
• Execute high-volume outreach with calls, emails, and social selling to access decision makers.
• Maintain CRM records with accurate communications and activity logging.
• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to grow pipeline and meet revenue targets.
• Own and coordinate outbound strategies to improve SDR pipeline performance.
