Job summary

PT Cominix Indonesia is seeking an experienced Sales Admin Staff to handle purchasing and export-import operations. You will collaborate closely with Japanese management and our head office in Japan to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders and documents.

The role requires hands-on import/export experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent English communication for daily interactions with overseas vendors and forwarders. A team-oriented, detail-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university.
• English proficiency for daily emails with overseas vendors and management.
• At least 3 years of continuous experience in Sales Admin, Purchasing, or Export‑Import Admin at one company.
• Hands-on import experience: HS Code, LARTAS, PIB checks.
• Experience preparing export documents and booking shipments.
• Experience creating foreign currency purchase orders.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and business email writing.
• Understand Horenso: report, contact, consult with supervisor quickly.
• Very detail-oriented with numbers, codes, and documents.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders to local and overseas vendors in multiple currencies.
• Place orders via vendor websites and follow deliveries.
• Ensure correct HS Codes and LARTAS/ PIB checks for imports.
• Book import shipments and follow up with forwarders.
• Prepare quotations after confirming exchange rates and terms.
