Eastern Oriental is seeking an Export/Import Coordinator in Jakarta Pusat to manage international shipments. You will ensure compliance, monitor documentation, and coordinate with shippers, customs, and customers to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in logistics or international trade, at least 1 year of export/import experience, and strong English communication. The role demands reliability, multitasking, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in logistics or international trade.
• At least 1 year export/import work experience.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.

• Understanding export and import regulations and licenses.
• Understanding HS Code and Customs Rules.
• Understanding import activities, international trade, taxation and transportation of goods.

Responsabilités

• Ensure that all export and import shipments can be completed properly.
• Actively monitor activities in handling documents for the export and import process.
• Coordinate and communicate well with shipping agents, customs, customers and agents.
• Monitor and update all information on export and import activities to all customers.
• Responsible and able to resolve problems related to export and import activities.
