Job summary

PT Rubber and Rubber Tech in Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage export-import and sales administration tasks. You will coordinate PO, orders, and delivery schedules with customers, and prepare essential documents such as quotations, invoices, and packing lists.

You will also handle customs administration, monitor inventories, and ensure accurate data entry into the IT Inventory system while coordinating with multiple internal departments and external authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any major, preferably in Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Export-Import, Sales Administration, or Customs Administration.
• Familiar with BC 4.1, BC 2.7, and BC 2.5 customs documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate with customers regarding PO, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, and other sales documents.
• Handle customs administration and related documents.
• Monitor PO balances, finished goods inventory, and raw material usage.
• Input production and administrative data into the IT Inventory system.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Laboratory, Customers, and Customs Authorities.
