Job summary

ASUS is seeking an Import & Export Admin Staff to support our logistics operations in Jakarta. The role focuses on documentation, customs administration, and regulatory compliance.

You will prepare PIB and export documents, verify supporting documents, coordinate with freight forwarders and brokers, keep meticulous records, monitor shipments, and ensure adherence to Indonesian customs rules and company policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field.
• 1–3 years of import/export administration or logistics experience.
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, PIB, customs regulations, HS code classification, and customs clearance.
• Familiarity with CEISA or other customs systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong administrative and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and draft import customs documentation, including PIB (Import Declaration).
• Verify import supporting documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Air Waybill, Bill of Lading, and other required documents.
• Prepare and complete export documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and shipping-related documents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth customs clearance and shipment processes.
• Maintain accurate records and filing of import/export documents.
• Monitor shipment status and provide regular reports on import and export activities.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and company requirements.
