Job summary

PT Peoplyee Tech Indonesia is seeking a Purchasing/Export-Import Coordinator to handle purchasing activities related to export-import operations in Jakarta. The role requires coordinating purchasing, shipment schedules, and documentation to ensure timely completion, while communicating in English and Japanese (JLPT N3+).

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, monitor processes for compliance, and take on additional duties as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications

• Business-level English and JLPT N3+ Japanese proficiency.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in export-import operations or purchasing-related work.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Handle and coordinate purchasing activities related to export-import operations.
• Manage purchasing, shipment, and export-import schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare, review, and organize purchasing and export-import documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties regarding purchasing and shipment matters.
• Communicate professionally in Japanese and English to support daily operations.
• Monitor purchasing and export-import processes to ensure compliance with applicable procedures.
• Perform other purchasing-related duties assigned by the Manager.
