DHL Group invites you to join the Insanely Customer Centric team as a Retail Outlet Officer. You will manage revenue from multi-sector customers within a defined sales territory, focusing on servicing and retaining existing clients and pursuing new business opportunities to grow DHL's footprint in Indonesia.

You'll drive store performance, implement standardized procedures, and work toward monthly sales targets while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication.
• Well-groomed and well-mannered.

Responsabilidades

• Run and deliver customer-centric service at the retail outlet.
• Follow standardized guidelines and monitor store performance.
• Aim for monthly sales targets and participate in incentives.
• Maintain and coordinate cash shipment data.
• Consolidate store data with the country office.
• Track store performance with a scorecard.
