Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Commercial Strategic Development Senior Executive in Indonesia to drive commercial growth by transforming market and sales data into actionable insights. You will support BD, KAM, and senior management, improving forecasting accuracy and identifying new business opportunities.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3+ years in Sales/KAM/BD, and strong English and Bahasa Indonesia language skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
3+ years in Sales/KAM/BD or related field.
Supply chain industry experience preferred.
Professional proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain data quality across Contract Databases and Salesforce systems.
Ensure data accuracy to support sales planning, customer management, and reporting.
Drive on-time contract renewal tracking and visibility.
Support pipeline management and forecast accuracy with reliable commercial data.
Provide market insights by analyzing customer, market, and competitor developments.
Identify growth opportunities and trends to support strategy and product/solution alignment.
Develop upselling opportunities within existing customer portfolios and support BD/KAM teams.
Collaborate with BD and KAM teams to improve commercial processes and compliance.
