Job summary

PT Balkan Gourmet Group invites a data-driven Outlet Growth Lead to join our expanding team in Indonesia. You will own the outlet growth strategy, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities to increase traffic, transactions, and customer retention across locations.

You will collaborate with Operations and Marketing to execute strategies in the field, test promotions, and optimize dine-in, takeaway, and delivery channels.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset to interpret sales and customer metrics.
• Ability to translate data into growth actions.
• Experience in growth strategy development and testing.
• Collaborate effectively across marketing and operations.
• Strong commercial sense for linking customer, product, price, traffic, and revenue.
• Experience in multi-outlet or retail/F&B is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, transactions, and outlet performance.
• Identify growth opportunities for each outlet.
• Create and test strategies to increase traffic and transactions.
• Develop local marketing initiatives and partnerships.
• Optimize dine-in, takeaway and delivery channels.
• Design measurable and profitable promotions.
• Conduct experiments, measure results, and iterate.
