Job summary

LanTro seeks a Project Coordinator to support project management and teamwork across global sites. You will craft action plans, manage tasks, and coordinate communications with clients to define scope and objectives.

You’ll attend both online and on-site meetings and help maintain organized project documentation. Ideal candidates have a basic to strong command of English, ability to work under constructive conditions, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Fluent verbal and written English is required.
• Able to work both independently and in a team.
• Experience in project coordination or related field is welcomed.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
• Big-picture thinking and proactive attitude are valued.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers to create action plans.
• Handle project tasks and provide administrative support.
• Communicate with clients to define project requirements and scope.
• Participate in online and on-site meetings.
• Supervise projects and coordinate team members to maintain workflow.
• Prepare and review meeting minutes and emails.
