Job summary

PT Saniharto Enggalhardjo Semarang is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator in the architecture or civil construction sector to join our field teams.

You will coordinate resources, manage progress from conception to delivery, and communicate status to all stakeholders while collaborating with engineering and logistics teams at a Balikpapan project site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil engineering.
• Min 3 years as Project Coordinator in architecture or civil construction.
• Experience in project management from conception to delivery.
• Strong multitasking, communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management, resources, equipment, and information.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
• Assist, collaborate and work closely with inter-department teams (Engineering, Shipping, etc.).
• Keep track of a project's progress and ensure its completion before the deadline.
