Job summary

Trafoindo Group is seeking a project coordinator to monitor progress and coordinate with factory, sales, and customers for flawless execution. You will ensure projects meet fabrication schedules and are delivered on time, while maintaining thorough documentation and stakeholder relationships.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant bachelor’s degree, 2–3 years of experience, English fluency, and proficiency in Microsoft Project, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in electrical, civil, industrial engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in related fields.
• PM certification is a plus.
• Fluent in English (oral & written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Project for daily tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring project progress
• Coordinate with factory team, sales team & customers for flawless execution of progress
• Ensure ongoing projects meet fabrication schedules and are delivered on time
• Create & maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Manage relationships with customers and all stakeholders
