Job summary

Velixir Parfums seeks a Partnership Specialist to drive its global market expansion and serve as the bridge between the company and international distributors, retailers, and logistics partners.

You will manage end-to-end export-import processes, prepare trade documents, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with freight forwarders and customs brokers. Strong English, 1–2 years in international partnerships, and a related Bachelor's degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Business Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of solid experience in International Partnerships, Export-Import Operations, Global Business Development, or Cross-Border Supply Chain.
• Strong foundational knowledge of end-to-end export-import procedures, customs regulations, and international trade terms (Incoterms such as EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with international distributors and retailers.
• Oversee end-to-end export-import operations and shipping schedules.
• Prepare trade documents with accuracy (invoices, COOs, B/L, AWB).
• Ensure regulatory compliance in destination markets.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Analyze sales data and distributor performance with Excel/Sheets.
