Velixir Parfums is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing through interviews to offers. You will source candidates on LinkedIn and job portals, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure strong candidate experience while hitting hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years in recruitment, fluent English, and a proven ability to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Fluent in English for interviews and professional communication
• Proven track record of meeting high targets in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with major job platforms (LinkedIn, Glints, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly analytical and self-driven

Responsibilities

• End-to-End recruitment management from sourcing to interviews and scheduling
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and networks
• Meet recruitment KPIs such as Time-to-Hire and fill rates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Maintain positive candidate experience with timely communication
• Organize candidate databases and tracking logs
