Velixir Parfums is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to serve as the operational backbone, designing end-to-end supply chain infrastructure and transforming procurement and demand forecasts into a seamless inventory flow across its platforms.

You will ensure balanced inventory levels, smooth production, and flawless product availability to drive brand growth. The role requires strong leadership, deep analytical capability, and experience in ERP/WMS environments within fast-paced consumer goods.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• B 3–5 years of supply chain/inventory experience in fast-paced beauty/FMCG/retail.
• Expert mastery of ERP/WMS and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Fluency in English for international supplier/ stakeholder communication.
• Proven procurement, vendor negotiation, stock opname, and logistics optimization track record.
• Strong leadership, analytics, and cost-management understanding in a startup context.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and execute demand forecasting and MRP for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Lead supplier management and negotiations for terms, lead times, quality, and cost.
• Maintain Finished Goods inventory control (FIFO/FEFO) to prevent stockouts and shrinkage.
• Oversee warehousing and distribution to boost order fulfillment and reduce logistics costs.
• Track KPIs like OTIF, inventory turnover, DOI, and stock accuracy.
• Maintain ERP/WMS data integrity for cross-department reporting.
