Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Business or related field is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in international partnerships or cross-border logistics.
• Strong knowledge of export-import procedures and Incoterms.
• Proficiency in English for business negotiation and drafting.
• Attention to detail and excellent organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage strategic relationships with international distributors and retailers.
• Oversee end-to-end export-import operations, from orders to customs clearance.
• Prepare and verify trade documents (invoices, packing lists, COO, B/L, AWB).
• Ensure regulatory compliance and assist with product registrations in target markets.
• Coordinate cross-border logistics with freight forwarders and customs agents.
• Draft and manage cross-border commercial agreements and quotes.
• Analyze sales data, freight costs, and distributor performance.
