Velixir Parfums is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to bridge brand vision with high converting marketing campaigns, product launches, and marketplace execution. You will ensure flawless project management across cross functional teams and monitor product performance analytics.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, 2–3 years in fragrance/consumer brands, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as Assistant Brand Manager or similar in fragrance or consumer brands.
• Understanding of fragrance retail channels and digital marketplaces.
• Experience with sales data analysis and financial metrics.
• Fluency in professional English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual brand plans and promotional calendars to grow market share.
• Lead project management for fragrance product launches across teams.
• Monitor brand performance metrics, sales, and market trends.
• Evaluate campaign ROI and track promotional budgets.
• Ensure consistency of brand communications and assets.
• Coordinate with inventory and operations for promotional timelines.
• Lead consumer research and trend analysis in fragrance and lifestyle markets.
