Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking an Export Import Planning Assistant Manager to oversee international shipment planning, ensuring on-time product availability and regulatory compliance.

The role coordinates with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to align schedules and track shipments through completion. You will manage end-to-end import/export processes, optimize landed costs, and monitor regulatory changes affecting cross-border operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in import-export operations and supply chain planning.
• Thorough knowledge of trade regulations and shipping docs.
• Experience with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage import/export shipment plans based on business requirements and inventory targets.
• Monitor demand forecasts to ensure timely replenishment and product availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal stakeholders to align shipment schedules.
• Track shipment status and proactively resolve potential delays or supply disruptions.
• Oversee end-to-end import and export processes and ensure accurate shipping documents.
