Job summary

PT. Excellen Silo Leaching seeks an experienced Deputy Export Import Manager to lead end-to-end export and import operations, ensure customs compliance, and manage international trade activities.

The role requires coordinating with government authorities, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to keep shipments on schedule. The ideal candidate brings extensive knowledge of Indonesian customs, regulatory requirements, and ERP/SAP/WMS systems, with strong English and Indonesian

Qualifications

• Proven experience in import/export operations and customs procedures.
• Minimum 8 years in Export/Import, Customs, Logistics, or International Trade.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end export and import operations and ensure customs compliance.
• Coordinate with authorities, brokers, and logistics partners for timely clearance.
• Monitor shipments and manage documentation to optimize costs and timelines.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and other stakeholders for smooth operations.
