Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. seeks an Export Import Planning Assistant Manager in Indonesia to coordinate import/export planning, regulatory compliance, and cost control for timely product availability.

You will work with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure accurate documents and smooth international shipments. The role requires strong knowledge of trade regulations, ERP systems, and English communication, with at least 5 years in related operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Import-Export operations and supply chain planning.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and shipping documents.
• Experience with freight forwarders, brokers, and government agencies.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Good command of English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage import/export shipment plans based on business needs.
• Monitor forecasts to ensure timely replenishment and availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders on shipment schedules.
• Track shipments and resolve potential delays or disruptions.
• Oversee end-to-end import/export processes and ensure proper shipping documents.
• Coordinate customs clearance and regulatory documentation.
• Manage import permits and quarantine requirements where applicable.
• Analyze costs to identify savings and support negotiation or optimization efforts.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and maintain audit readiness.
