Job summary

PT United Waru Biscuit Manufactory in Sidoarjo, East Java, is seeking an experienced Export Supervisor to lead export operations and coordinate between manufacturing and international clients. Qualifications

• Experience in export administration or client services within manufacturing/trading (3–5 years)
• Strong knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and customs regulations
• Excellent organisation and time management to handle multiple export orders

Responsibilities

• Supervise export documentation (bills of lading, invoices, certificates of origin, customs declarations)
• Coordinate with international clients, freight forwarders, and customs authorities
• Monitor orders from receipt to delivery and resolve transit issues
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations and company policies
• Coordinate with warehouse and production for export readiness
• Maintain records of export transactions for audit and reporting
• Prepare reports on export performance and customer feedback
• Handle inquiries on orders, pricing, and logistics
• Coordinate with logistics partners to optimise routes and reduce costs
• Train junior staff on export procedures
