Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in export marketing, international trade or trade marketing.
• Proven track record of developing and executing export marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of international markets, export procedures and logistics.
• Excellent relationship management skills with overseas distributors and clients.
• Fluent English (Mandarin, Japanese or other Asian languages are advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement export marketing strategies to increase market penetration in target international markets.
• Identify and evaluate new export opportunities through market research and competitive analysis.
• Manage relationships with international distributors, agents and trading partners to ensure effective product placement and promotion.
• Coordinate trade marketing campaigns and promotional activities tailored to specific export markets and customer segments.
• Prepare market reports, sales forecasts and performance analytics to assess export market potential and campaign effectiveness.
• Liaise with product development, sales and logistics teams to ensure alignment on export initiatives.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic recommendations and maintain competitive positioning.
• Negotiate commercial terms with international partners and assist in contract development for export agreements.
• Support participation in international trade shows, exhibitions and networking events to promote brand visibility.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements and export documentation procedures.
